Gadloch

This house sits on a topographically difficult site, which runs steeply downwards from South to North adjacent to Lenzie Golf course, twisting back towards the east with open views to the west and the Gadloch. This resulted in a design of three access levels; a main entrance on ground level, an upper level and a lower level.

The ground level incorporates the main entrance with a grand hall, cloakroom,  a guest suite, storage rooms with another access through to the utility and service rooms and garage.

The upper level has an open plan living space incorporating the kitchen and lounge. The lounge  features large full height bay windows, that open out onto a suspended terrace, with the master suite at the rear.

The lower level accommodates the remaining three bedrooms and and a cinema/games room.
